-This qualifies as fair use for New Jersey Vietnam Veterans' Memorial because this will not hinder the expolitation of the work, though I doubt he wanted to do this anyway- it has remained on an obscure website unchanged for 10 years. It is not for sale. There is only one other comparable image of the same subject on the internet, and I cannot locate the source or photographer.
