Bottom left: Colonel Francis Hugo Lindley Meynell was born on 14 April 1880.2 He was the son of Hon. Frederick George Lindley Meynell and Lady Mary Susan Félicie Lindsay.1,2 He married Lady Dorothy Legge, daughter of William Heneage Legge, 6th Earl of Dartmouth and Lady Mary Coke, on 3 October 1907.1 He died on 16 December 1941 at age 61 (http://www.thepeerage.com/p7391.htm#i73909); Bottom right: Hon. Frederick George Lindley Meynell was born on 4 June 1846.2 He was the son of Charles Wood, 1st Viscount Halifx of Monk Bretton and Lady Mary Grey.2 He married Lady Mary Susan Félicie Lindsay, daughter of Alexander William Crawford Lindsay, 25th Earl of Crawford and Margaret Lindsay, on 9 May 1878.1 He died on 4 November 1910 at age 64.2 He was given the name of Frederick George Lindley Wood at birth.1 He graduated from Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.2 On 8 February 1905 his name was legally changed to Frederick George Lindley Wood by Royal Licence.2 He lived at Hoar Cross, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, EnglandG.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Staffordshire in 1910(http://www.thepeerage.com/p2044.htm#i20435)
