Fair use in Christmas Song (album)[edit]

Though this image is claimed to be subject to copyright, its use here is "fair use" because:

1. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic.
2. The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original.
3. It is a low resolution image, and thus not suitable for production of counterfeit goods.
