Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Because this is official artwork for the Warner Publishing sheet music for the song, and the subject of the picture died in 2001, the image cannot be replaced by free content, either existing or otherwise.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This file will only be used in an article dedicated to George Harrison's song "Love Comes to Everyone". Given that the cover is official artwork for the original sheet music from 1979, the full image is needed to serve the purpose of identifying the song to readers.
