Although this image is subject to copyright laws I, Fluence, feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover (200x200) so no illegal copies could be made from the image.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single in any way.
4. For an article about a single, the cover artwork is very important and adds significantly to the article.
5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
6. The cover is being used for informational purposes only and only within the "Spiralling" article.
