Fair use for Highs in the Mid-Sixties series[edit]

This image, Highs-logo.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright, I, (Shocking Blue•talk) feel it is covered by the U. S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a portion of the album cover;
2. It is used for educational and informational purposes only; and,
3. The image adds significantly to the article because it is a recognizable way to identify the various albums being described in the article.
