Українська: Кратер Гесіод A на Місяці, в Морі Хмар. Найвидовищніший з рідкісних концентричних кратерів (Wlasuk, 2013). Діаметр — біля 15 км. У список концентричних кратерів Вуда (1978) входить під номером 22. Знімок космічного апарату Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, зроблений ширококутньою камерою (WAC) 25 січня 2011 року з висоти 44 км. Висота Сонця — 25,5°. Ширина фото — 25 км, північ приблизно вгорі.
English: Crater Hesiodus A on the Moon, in Mare Nubium. The best example of rare concentric craters (Wlasuk, 2013). Its diameter is about 15 km. It is number 22 in the list of concentric craters by Wood, 1978. Photo by Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, made with Wide Angle Camera on 25 January 2011 from altitude 44 km. Sun elevation is 25.5°. Width of the photo is 25 km, north is approximately up.

Source Image M150632481CE by Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter, processed with LROC WAC Previewer (v1.6.1). 6th band (wavelength 643 nm) was used. The image was reflected to make north roughly on the top and east on the right, and levels of brightness were adjusted.
