As shown in the eBay links above, there are no copyright notices for the photo itself. High school yearbooks tend to be published without a copyright notice, so the whole yearbook is most likely in the public domain. Even if there was a notice, copyright would have to be renewed, which is extremely unlikely.

This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed.
