2. It is a critically acclaimed album and album cover significant to the subject

3. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way.

4. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another album.

5. The image on the cover is significant because it was made by a famous band, The Archers and illustrate the section of the article which speaks of it.
