Rationale of fair use for El ángel de Budapest[edit]

The image Image:El ángel de Budapest.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I Lajbi ^{Holla @ me • CP} 17:33, 26 February 2011 (UTC) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is a screenshot of TV-movie originally created by TVE, and intended for wide distribution.
2. The screenshot is of lower resolution and quality than the original show.
3. No free or public domain images have been located for the TV show.
4. The screenshot does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute or broadcast the show in any way.
5. The screenshot is intended to represent El ángel de Budapest television series.
6. The screenshot is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original show any way.
7. Appearing in the intro credits of the movie it qualifies for logo criteria (opening theme) and as so TVE, as other companies, authorizes the use of its logotype for all purposes not related with the market and as long as there cannot be created confusions regarding the owner of the logotype.
