Notes A pair with reliquary of Saint Maurice. Included in the inventory of Pułtusk Collegiate entitled Inventarz Rzeci Kościoła Pultowskiego Rewidowany per Commissarios deputados ad I.M.X. Biskupa [...] A.D. 1610. It most probably bears the features of mistress of Sigismund III Vasa - Urszula Meyerin. Identification by Marcin Latka (Artinpl).
