В рассеченном зеленом и червленом поле над дважды выщербленной лазоревой оконечностью, поверх края которой положены два вогнутых, сообращенных серебряных хариуса - золотой орел, обращенный вправо с воздетыми и распростертыми крыльями, несущий в лапах золотую ветвь клюквы с тремя червлено-серебряными ягодами

Утвержден решением Уярского районного Совета депутатов от 25.02.2014 № 01-09-08.

Внесен в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации под № 9471.
