| Description |
English: Site of Clunes station, 1986, View eastward, towards Inverness: ex-Highland Railway, Inverness - Wick etc. 'Far North Line'. There is not a trace of the station, which had been closed to passengers on 13/6/60, to goods on 31/1/64. In the distance across the Beauly Firth is the Black Isle peninsula. (This site was along a very muddy track, almost impassable by car). |
