English: Church of St. George, Crosby, Scunthorpe Pevsner says "ST. GEORGE, Frodingham Road, Crosby. 1914-24 by H.C.Corlette. Brick, to the W still unfinished. Tall lancet-shaped windows with a little Dec. tracery. The aisles are high and box-like, with good groups of triplets of lancets. Bellecote at the E end of the S aisle..". The church webpage http://www.acny.org.uk/venue.php?V=14814 says: "St. George's has a long history of social action and a liberal/radical tradition. We support the aims of Inclusive Church. Built: 1924. Style of worship: Modern Catholic. Our Patron: Sir Reginald Sheffield."
