DescriptionChief Kokomo Medallion at Seiberling Mansion.jpg
English: This is a photograph I took of a medallion on display at the Seiberling Mansion in Kokomo, Indiana. The sign underneath the medallion reads as follows:
"Chief Kokomo Medallion
This medallion was created and distributed to the members of the Travelers' Protective Association at their May 1916 meet in Kokomo."
The medallion is a fictionalized representation of the legendary Miami chieftain Ma-Ko-Ko-Mo. It inaccurately portrays him wearing the garb of a western plains Indian.
