Deutsch: Brodetto alla sambenedettese, im lokalen Dialekt "lu vrëdètte" traditionelles Gericht der typischen Fischküche, das verschiedene Fischarten zusammenbringt, darunter Dogfish, Ray, Mazzolina, Seeteufel, Skorpionfisch, Maiskolben, Tintenfisch, Tintenfisch, Spinne, Scampi. Preparation:

In a large saucepan, brown the chopped onion with the chilli in oil.

As soon as it is golden brown, add chopped squid and cuttlefish, deglaze with white wine, add tomatoes and peppers, cleaned and cut, and leave to cook for a few minutes.

Add the various fish remaining and salt to taste, add a little vinegar and let it simmer with the lid on. Serve the soup with toasted stale bread..[1]
