Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Ninja Neko) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it provides visual identification on the main character from the series
• it provides visual identification of the series' animation style.
• there is no free alternative depicting this series.
• there is no free alternative depicting this character.
