Deutsch: Denkmal an der Absturzstelle einer B-24J 'Liberator' der USAAF. Abschuß durch Flak (Flugabwehrkanone) und Absturz am 19. Juli 1944 an der Ottendichler Straße, nordwestlich Vaterstetten im Lkr. Ebersberg b. München. Es kamen fünf Besatzungsmitglieder ums Leben, weitere fünf Angehörige der Flugzeugbesatzung kamen in deutsche Kriegsgefangenschaft.
