Kerridge Commercial Systems is a United Kingdom multinational software company based in Hungerford, United Kingdom. It develops enterprise software to manage business operations for manufacturing, distribution, automotive and real estate management customers[1][2]. The company is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software vendor. Apart from ERP software, the company also sells cloud-engineered systems to automotive car parts, automotive service garages, real estate and equipment rental businesses. The company's software includes business intelligence (BI), customer relationship management (CRM), product lifecycle management (PLM), supply chain management (SCM), and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Kerridge Commercial Systems’ origins can be traced back to 1907, when Franklin Kerridge purchased a bicycle shop in Alton, United Kingdom, then expanding to selling and servicing motorcycles and cars.

In December 2005 the company was acquired by ADP and in March 2010 the commercial systems division became Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited[3] or KCS as it is known today.

In July 2023, CapVest announced that it would acquire KCS for 1 billion USD[4][5][6].

Acquisitions[edit]

In August 2018, KCS acquired EDP Software[7].

In September 2019, KCS acquired MAM Software[8].

In July 2023, KCS joined forces with Nordic tire software business Compilator[9].

In February 2024, KCS acquired Omni Accounts Solutions in South Africa[10].

KCS has 1,150 employees[11] in offices in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, North America, Australia, South Africa and Kenya.
